What can you expect?

We will engage in a collaborative process through individual therapy where we will work to build a safe and confidential space for your self-exploration and personal growth. You can expect the process to begin during your initial session where we will discuss your concerns, goals, and personal history. Typically during the 3rd or 5th session, we will collaborate to set specific, measurable, and achievable goals for your therapy, in order to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. I will check in with you monthly to assess your progress and we will meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs.
